Payment and Insurance Options

As a clinic, we understand that finances can be a concern when it comes to health care services, but it is our priority to be as transparent with everyone regarding financial information. Our student clinic should alleviate dental expense concerns as service costs can be as much as 50% lower than some fees charged in a private practice. Payment is due before or at the time of the appointment. If you have any questions or concerns regarding payment information, please call 915-215-6700.

Insurance Information:

Patients who have dental insurance should bring their insurance information with them to their appointment. The Texas Tech Dental Oral Health Clinic currently accepts a limited number of insurance plans: including Texas Medicaid and Delta Dental. If we do not currently accept your insurance, as a courtesy, we will provide a copy of the dental claim form for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement once services are paid in full. Patients who do not have insurance can be seen by one of our providers.

We will work with your dental insurance plan; however this is not a guarantee of payment and it is your responsibility as the patient to be aware of your policies benefits, to include deductibles, co-pays, and co-insurance. There may be services not covered by your insurance policy which you will be responsible for.
